Course Design

From IDT 8030: Design of Online Blended Learning Environments

The course below demonstrates my ability to design and develop a comprehensive educational experience within the Canvas Learning Management System. Utilizing instructional design models such as the Cognitive Theory of Multimedia Learning, Constructivist Learning Theory, Zone of Proximal Development, and ARCS Theory, I carefully crafted each component of this course to enhance learner success and satisfaction. Additionally, I integrated a variety of multimedia products, including a podcast, a video tutorial, and a screencast, to cater to diverse learning styles. This course reflects my dedication to creating an engaging and effective learning environment that meets high academic standards while fostering meaningful student engagement.
